Quantum Imaging & Therapeutic Associates is looking for a Radiology Clerk to join our team in Lewisberry, PA.  Training will be completed onsite in Lewisberry, PA.  Once trained the position can be performed 100% remotely. We are currently looking for someone to work: Saturday and Sunday , 3PM – 7AM + one 8 hour shift during the week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Candidate will be responsible for providing teleradiology administrative support to all Quantum physicians working at several hospitals

• Load images from all systems to enable workload balancing at all health systems
• Obtain prior images for all exams pulled or sent from health systems including all PET Scans, and Breast MRI scans attaching reports when available
• Troubleshoot specific requests from health systems and supervisors
• Data entry; capture study information in tracking systems, order information, insurance information, etc.

Qualifications

• PACS system experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
• Radiology, hospital, and healthcare experience preferred
• Candidate must have solid work history. Dependability is an absolute must for this position.
• Excellent organizational & communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Quantum Imaging & Therapeutic Associates is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join our team full-time at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital. This vital role supports the delivery of high-quality radiological and patient-centered care through direct clinical services, coordination of care, and effective communication with patients, physicians, and allied health staff.

As a Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, delivering routine nursing care, educating patients, and facilitating seamless transitions in and out of care settings. Your contributions will play a key part in ensuring our patients receive safe, timely, and empathetic care throughout their imaging experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical assessments (H&P), record vital statistics, and educate patients on procedures.
• Review and interpret patient charts to understand medical history and current conditions.
• Conduct daily patient rounds to monitor progress and provide clinical support.
• Deliver test results, care instructions, and education to patients, as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective discharge plans.
• Obtain and communicate critical patient information through calls and in-person coordination with radiology, labs, and other departments.
• Administer routine nursing care (e.g., dressing changes, drain removals) under physician direction.
• Facilitate patient discharge by providing clear, written instructions and appropriate educational materials.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational training requirements.

• Active nursing license and credentials appropriate to clinical setting (must meet state and facility credentialing standards).
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, education, and nursing care delivery.
